Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Website or purchasing products from Aeroaids Corporation (the "Company"). By using www.com-paint.com, you unconditionally agree to these terms.

1. General Agreement & Acceptance

Binding Contract: Your use of the Website and any purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Modifications: The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of fraudulent activity.

2. Product Accuracy & Availability

Inventory: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or "shade" without prior notice.
Pricing: Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from typographical errors or incorrect pricing data-entry.
Digital Representation: Product images and color swatches on screen are for illustrative purposes only. Actual liquid color may vary due to screen resolution and settings.

3. Color Match & Performance Disclaimer

A. User Duty to Inspect: It is the mandatory responsibility of the customer to test the paint on a hidden area or test panel before applying it to the vehicle. DO NOT APPLY if the shade does not appear to match.

B. Variables: Aeroaids Corporation cannot guarantee a 100% color match due to:

Natural fading of original vehicle paint (UV exposure, acid rain).
Previous resprays/repairs on the vehicle with non-OEM paint.
Incorrect application distance, temperature, or humidity during use.

C. Limitation: Our matching is done against original OEM panels. We are not liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from a perceived mismatch once the product has been applied to the vehicle.

4. Shipping, Delays & Risk of Loss

Shipping Timeline: Standard processing is 7 working days. For "Out of Stock" or custom shades, the customer agrees to a 30-day grace period before a refund request is entertained.
Third-Party Couriers: Once the product is handed to the shipping provider, Aeroaids Corporation is not liable for carrier delays, mishandling, or customs-related hold-ups.
Finality: All sales are considered final once the order is placed. We do not support order cancellations.

5. Detailed Return & Refund Policy

Returns are strictly handled on a case-by-case basis and only for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Prior written approval from our sales staff is required for any return shipment.

Refusal of Refund:

Under no circumstances will a refund or exchange be provided for:

Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind, finding it cheaper elsewhere, or selling the vehicle.
Application Failure: Dissatisfaction with the repair quality or "how it looks" after application.
Incorrect Selection: Ordering the wrong color code or failing to verify the shade name/code from the vehicle’s registration.
Professional Fees: We do not compensate for labor costs, third-party workshop fees, or secondary repair costs.

6. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeroaids Corporation and its officers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions, or breach of these terms.

Harassment Policy: No compensation or refunds shall be entertained for claims arising from subjective dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or perceived "mental harassment" regarding product performance or service communication.

Max Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product in question.

7. Intellectual Property & Law

Copyright: All content, videos, and instructions are the proprietary property of the Company. Unauthorized copying, uploading, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
