How to Use the Kit

Six simple steps, as printed on the instruction sheet packed with every kit.
Fill the scratch
Clean the area and press Com-Fill into the scratch with the metal applicator.
Level it
After 30 minutes, smooth the filler with emery paper EP 400.
Apply colour
Spray your Com-Paint colour evenly over the scratch.
Blend it in
After 10 minutes, spray Com-Merge on the touched-up area.
Remove overspray
After 24 hours, use emery paper EP 2500 to remove any overspray.
Polish to a shine
Apply Com-Cut for a smooth, glossy, colour-matched finish.
This kit is for touch-ups. Deep structural damage, exposed metal and panel repairs still need a body shop.

Minor to moderate clear-coat and paint scratches that are suitable for a DIY spray touch-up. Deep structural damage still needs professional bodywork.
How do I identify my car’s paint colour?
Use Find Your Vehicle on this page. Select the car make, model and year, then choose the matching colour. The paint can is mixed to the shade available for that selection.
What if I cannot find the shade?
The colour selector includes a WhatsApp option. You can send a photo of the registration certificate or the car so the shade can be checked before you order.
What is included in the kit?
A 120 gm can of Com-Paint in the selected colour, a 120 gm can of Com-Merge finishing solvent spray, a 50 gm tube of Com-Fill, a 50 gm tube of Com-Cut, a metal applicator, emery papers in 400 and 2500 grit, a 50 ml bottle of cleaning thinner, and a microfiber cloth.
How should the product be applied?
Follow the instruction sheet packed with the kit. That sheet shows six steps: fill the scratch with Com-Fill, wait 30 minutes and use emery paper EP 400, spray Com-Paint, wait 10 minutes and spray Com-Merge, wait 6 hours and use emery paper EP 2500 if overspray needs removing, then apply Com-Cut.
How long should I allow for drying?
The instruction sheet gives three waits: 30 minutes after Com-Fill before the first emery paper, 10 minutes after the colour coat before Com-Merge, and 6 hours before emery paper EP 2500 if overspray needs to be removed.
